Logistics Manager

About the role

Mace is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join the delivery partner team for a major multi‑phase development in Dubai. The role will oversee all construction logistics activities, ensuring safe, efficient and seamless operations across a highly constrained, multi‑contractor site.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage site logistics operations, including access and egress, traffic and transportation, delivery scheduling and material flow.
• Prepare and maintain Construction Logistics Plans (CLP) and traffic management plans.
• Coordinate logistics across multiple contractors and work packages to optimise site utilisation.
• Manage interface relationships between contractors to enable smooth sequencing and minimise disruption.
• Oversee laydown areas, storage zones and consolidation strategies.
• Control site access, gate operations and workforce movement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Monitor logistics performance, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with planning, construction and commercial teams to align with programme delivery.
• Lead logistics coordination meetings and report to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager on large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working within a PMC, delivery partner or Tier 1 contractor environment.
• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates (required for client approval).
