Logistics Manager

About the role

The Logistics Manager will lead both domestic and international logistics operations, ensuring the timely and cost‑effective delivery of goods. Working closely with Procurement, Client Servicing, and external logistics partners, you will oversee the full order fulfillment cycle from shipment planning to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage domestic and international logistics activities.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Client Servicing teams to manage the complete order fulfillment cycle.
• Arrange shipments via air, sea and land freight with approved logistics partners and freight forwarders.
• Negotiate freight rates and shipping terms to achieve cost‑effective solutions.
• Prepare and verify all shipping and customs documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Monitor shipment status, track deliveries and resolve any logistics‑related issues or delays.
• Coordinate warehouse activities, including inventory movement, storage and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, shipment reports and inventory documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, customs brokers and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Track logistics costs, delivery timelines and vendor performance to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, health and safety standards and quality requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and support overall supply‑chain efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing domestic and international logistics operations.
• Strong ability to coordinate shipments across air, sea and land modes.
• Familiarity with preparing and verifying customs and shipping documentation.
• Experience monitoring logistics costs, delivery timelines and vendor performance.
• Ability to negotiate freight rates and shipping terms.
