Logistics Officer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing logistics and trading firm operating across the UAE and GCC region. The Logistics Officer will coordinate end‑to‑end import‑export operations, ensuring seamless supply‑chain execution for industrial, retail and consumer‑goods clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, handling air, sea and land freight.
• Prepare and verify all shipping documents (B/L, COO, commercial invoices, packing lists) in compliance with UAE customs regulations.
• Monitor shipment status in real time, resolve delays and escalate issues with carriers or customs authorities.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, port authorities and customs brokers to optimise cost and transit time.
• Track inventory movement, reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate records in ERP or logistics management systems.
• Support warehouse coordination, cross‑docking activities and last‑mile delivery scheduling.

Required profile

• Experience with Arabian Gulf trade and UAE customs regulations.
• Proficiency in Arabic language.
• Relevant certification in UAE customs regulations (preferred).
