About the role
Agroshipping LLC is seeking a male Logistics & Procurement Coordinator to support its heavy‑equipment operations in the UAE. The role focuses on managing freight forwarder interactions, customs clearance, and purchase order administration in line with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Launch inquiries to freight forwarders and conduct qualification processes.
- Coordinate commercial and contractual clarifications with vendors.
- Generate purchase orders and review transportation documents prepared by freight forwarders.
- Work with Customs Authorities to secure clearance of oversized and dimensional cargo.
- Administer purchase orders for operational demands according to the Procurement Policy and existing agreements.
Required profile
- Male candidate residing in the UAE.
- 2‑5 years of logistics or procurement experience within GCC countries.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Required skills
- Freight forwarding processes.
- Customs clearance procedures.
- Purchase order administration.
- Handling of oversized dimensional cargo.
