Logistics & Procurement Coordinator

About the role

We are hiring a Logistics & Procurement Coordinator to manage vendor sourcing, logistics planning, and inventory control. This role ensures efficient supply chain flow from procurement to delivery in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers to source required materials, obtain quotations, and evaluate options.
• Manage all import and export documentation, arrange freight forwarding, and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
• Track delivery schedules, monitor shipment timelines, and proactively address any delays.
• Negotiate terms with vendors, maintain accurate procurement records, and ensure cost‑effective purchasing.
• Ensure compliance with customs procedures and regulatory guidelines throughout the supply chain.
• Issue purchase orders promptly and follow up on lead times to guarantee timely receipt of goods.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, forecast future supply requirements, and adjust orders accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with sales and warehouse teams to align inventory with demand.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics and procurement within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with industrial parts, components, and material specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience using ERP systems and handling shipping documentation for import/export activities.
• Strong negotiation abilities and effective vendor management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
