Logistics Specialist – Transportation & Commercial

About the role

We are seeking a results‑oriented Logistics Specialist to bridge logistics operations and commercial execution in our Dubai office. You will manage the full order cycle, from container booking to revenue recognition, ensuring seamless alignment between transportation schedules and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Orderbook Management – maintain and audit the orderbook, aligning production, shipping schedules and delivery deadlines.
• Sales & CSR Partnership – act as the primary interface for Sales teams and Customer Service Representatives, providing accurate status updates for critical orders.
• Shipment Execution – handle import/export processes, including container bookings, freight forwarder coordination, and mastery of Incoterms and Bill of Lading.
• Critical Follow‑up – monitor high‑priority orders, troubleshoot bottlenecks and prevent supply‑chain delays.
• Financial Integration – participate in month‑end closing to ensure shipments are correctly processed for timely revenue recognition.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on logistics and commercial experience.
• Fluent English with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end order cycles and align transportation with sales objectives.
