Stock Controller – Dubai Mall

About the role

The Stock Controller will manage the flow of merchandise within the Dubai Mall store, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of products. This role supports the sales floor, visual merchandising, and operations teams by maintaining optimal inventory levels and a well‑organized stockroom.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process and organise deliveries, verifying accuracy against invoices and internal systems.
• Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts, reconciliations and inventory audits.
• Monitor and report discrepancies, damages and losses in line with company procedures.
• Keep the stockroom tidy, safe and compliant with health‑and‑safety standards.
• Coordinate stock transfers between stores and manage returns to warehouse or suppliers.
• Support the sales team by ensuring timely replenishment of the sales floor and preparing requested items efficiently.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising and operations teams for product launches and in‑store events.
• Use stock management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, RetailPro) to update inventory records and track movement.
• Contribute to loss prevention through effective control measures and security policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a stock or inventory role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Physical stamina for lifting, moving and organising stock.
