Logistics Specialist – UAE National (Dubai)

About the role

Join Hilti’s Distributors Organization Logistics team in Dubai and ensure timely shipments from regional and global distribution centers to distributors across more than 70 countries. You will be the primary logistics liaison between Hilti HQ, freight forwarders, and our partner distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics processes, ensuring smooth order placement and execution for Hilti distributors.
• Serve as the go‑to logistics contact, interfacing with Hilti Export, freight forwarders, and other supply‑chain stakeholders.
• Support partners with product availability queries, quotations, pro‑forma invoices, shipment tracking, and export documentation.
• Prepare and deliver required export documents (invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin, test reports) promptly.
• Arrange inspections and manage Letter of Credit requirements where needed.
• Handle complaints for assigned countries and drive sustainable resolutions.
• Apply lean management tools to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and Hilti’s Code of Conduct.

Required profile

• UAE national with a valid Family Book (Emiratization requirement).
• 2‑5 years of logistics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude.
• Results‑oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Based in Dubai.
