Logistics Supervisor – Offshore Islands

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor will oversee all logistics activities supporting offshore artificial islands and related facilities. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will coordinate the movement of personnel, materials and equipment while ensuring compliance with ADNOC offshore policies and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end logistics operations for artificial islands and offshore sites.
• Coordinate transportation of staff, supplies and heavy equipment.
• Monitor logistics contracts, Service Level Agreements and KPI performance.
• Ensure adherence to ADNOC offshore policies, procedures and HSE requirements.
• Oversee marine logistics, waste management and transportation services.
• Lead HSE initiatives and promote a strong safety culture.
• Conduct offshore site visits to assess contractor performance.
• Support emergency response and logistics investigations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, marine, aviation, supply chain management or a related discipline.
• Professional logistics certification is a plus.
• 5–6 years of experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain management.
• Previous experience in marine or offshore logistics preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in contract and contractor management.
