Loss Prevention Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Manager to lead the security and safety operations at our Al Bateen Marina property in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures protection of assets, guests, and employees while maintaining compliance with legal and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily loss prevention and security operations, including patrols, emergency response, and incident investigations.
• Assist the Director of Engineering with fire prevention programs and emergency preparedness planning.
• Conduct quarterly hazard and risk assessments, OSHA safety audits, and incident tracking.
• Develop and enforce shutdown procedures, key‑control guidelines, and monthly equipment checklists for CCTV, alarmed doors and duress alarms.
• Manage the Accident Prevention Committee, first‑aid program, and claims process for general liability and workers’ compensation.
• Handle guest and employee complaints, resolve disputes, and implement action plans to mitigate risk.
• Provide training on emergency procedures and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and safety regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of security/loss‑prevention experience, OR an associate degree in Criminal Justice (or related field) with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, conduct investigations, and manage safety programs.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on guest and employee satisfaction.
