Loss Prevention Officer

About the role

The Loss Prevention Officer ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at Le Méridien Fujairah. Working on‑site, you will patrol the property, monitor security systems, and respond to emergencies with professionalism and discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the hotel property and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress alarms and fire‑life safety systems.
• Lock and unlock property entrances as required.
• Conduct daily physical hazard inspections and report safety issues.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS.
• Defuse guest or employee disturbances and call for external assistance when needed.
• Complete incident reports, shift summaries and daily activity logs.
• Escort unwelcome persons and maintain orderly operations.
• Investigate incidents, gather evidence and conduct interviews.
