Loss Prevention Supervisor – UAE National

About the role

The Loss Prevention Supervisor ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at the property. This position is open only to UAE nationals and involves proactive patrols, emergency response, and coordination with hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and assist guests with room access.
• Conduct emergency response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured areas.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and contact EMS when required.
• Gather information, complete confidential reports and defuse disturbances in line with company policy.
• Escort unwelcome persons, enforce alcoholic beverage control laws and provide necessary paperwork to employees.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related loss‑prevention or security experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• UAE national citizenship is mandatory.
