Low Bed Trailer Driver

About the role

Al Sahraa Group is seeking a reliable Low Bed Trailer Driver to transport heavy equipment and machinery across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE. You will operate a low‑bed trailer, ensuring safe and timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic and company regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a low‑bed trailer to move heavy equipment to designated locations.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of the trailer and cargo.
• Secure loads, balance weight, and tie down equipment properly.
• Maintain accurate trip records, including fuel usage, distance, and any incidents.
• Communicate with dispatchers to coordinate pick‑up and delivery schedules.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols to protect yourself, other road users, and the public.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence for categories 4 and 6.
• Minimum two years of experience driving a low‑bed trailer.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
• Ability to read route maps and directions.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Category 4 UAE driving licence
• Category 6 UAE driving licence
• Knowledge of UAE road and traffic regulations
