About the role
Silver Drive Rent a Car LLC is seeking a Luxury Fleet Sales Specialist to work on‑site at a 5‑star hotel in Dubai. You will match high‑net‑worth guests with the most prestigious cars in the fleet, turning last‑minute availability into profitable rentals.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome hotel guests and recommend the luxury vehicle or supercar that best fits their lifestyle.
- Monitor real‑time fleet availability and develop tailored sales strategies for high‑value vehicles.
- Build VIP client loyalty and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Required profile
- Passion for high‑end cars with in‑depth knowledge of supercars and ultra‑luxury vehicles.
- Excellent English proficiency (C1/C2); Arabic and/or Russian are a strong advantage.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills for engaging high‑net‑worth hotel guests.
Required skills
- Analytical fleet management and initiative to secure last‑minute bookings.
What we offer
- Base salary of AED 3,000 net per month.
- 2% commission on completed sales with high‑earning potential.
- Transportation and meals provided by the company.
