About the role

CBA Real Estate is expanding its Dubai team and seeks motivated Luxury Property Consultants to represent buyers, sellers and investors in the high‑end market. The role is commission‑only, allowing top performers to earn uncapped income while focusing on client relationships and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

Represent clients in residential, luxury and investment property transactions across Dubai.
Manage negotiations, close deals professionally and build long‑term relationships with clients and developers.
Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, regulations and property listings.

Required profile

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Results‑oriented mindset with high professionalism and accountability.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

AI‑powered lead management systems.
