Luxury Travel Supervisor - Spanish Speaking

About the role

OneLux, an award‑winning Destination Management Company, is seeking a full‑time Luxury Travel Supervisor based in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering high‑end travel experiences for Spanish‑speaking clients across the Middle East and the Maldives, ensuring every itinerary exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and customise luxury itineraries for VIP guests in both Spanish and English.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of travel bookings, reservations and supplier coordination.
• Supervise a small team or workflow, maintaining service standards and handling complex client requests.
• Liaise with hotels, transport providers and experience partners to confirm arrangements and resolve issues.
• Monitor trip progress, update internal systems and provide feedback for process improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury or VIP travel, preferably within the Middle East.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and support occasional extended hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel booking systems.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Competence with standard office software.
