M&A Analyst 2 – Dubai

About the role

EY-Parthenon is seeking a motivated M&A Analyst to join its Dubai team. You will work closely with senior managers and partners, supporting clients in evaluating strategic fits, modelling transactions and driving deal execution across a diverse portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in assessing strategic fit and projected synergies of potential acquisitions.
• Prepare client reports, fundraising documentation, and key transaction deliverables.
• Manage the deal cycle, coordinate timelines, and engage with counterparties and advisers.
• Conduct detailed financial modelling and analysis of target companies.
• Support negotiations and help identify and mitigate key risks.
• Collaborate with junior colleagues, share knowledge and contribute to team development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field from a reputable university.
• 2‑4 years of experience in a corporate finance, investment‑banking or boutique M&A environment.
• Proven track record on both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, sound judgement and creativity in delivering solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
