Ma Sr Associate

About the role

Julphar is seeking a motivated Senior Associate to support its Pharmacovigilance activities. The role involves handling safety data, authoring regulatory documents and ensuring compliance with local and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Complete and understand assigned trainings and track local literature journals.
• Report safety concerns and submit Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSR) to the PV unit.
• Author Risk Management Plans (RMP) and Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs).
• Provide basic Pharmacovigilance training to PV and non‑PV staff.
• Enter ICSR data and submit it through the Ministry of Health portal.
• Follow ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and HSE policies, report hazards and support continual improvement.

Required profile

• Result‑oriented with strong accountability and ownership.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Organized, motivated, hardworking and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross‑functionally.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in MS Word.
