About the role

The Main Kitchen Team Member – C (VAJ) is responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences in a high‑end hospitality environment. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring high‑quality food and flawless service.

Key responsibilities

Conduct all operational tasks in food & beverage production according to service standards and procedures.
Go the extra mile to delight guests and create happy fans of the restaurant.
Prevent complaints and manage service recovery when needed.
Proactively communicate with fellow team members, always keeping the guest’s interests at heart.

Required profile

Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
Minimum high school diploma in Catering; college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality company.
Good knowledge of local food hygiene regulations and HACCP guidelines.
