Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

The Maintenance Coordinator will be the first point of contact for LPG customers, handling technical and maintenance requests across commercial, retail and residential sites. The role ensures timely preventive and corrective maintenance while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage first‑level maintenance issues and issue work orders through Maximo.
• Plan, schedule and track Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities.
• Oversee residential and retail LPG meter reading, upload data to the Fusion system and support invoice generation.
• Coordinate site access, permits and safe execution of maintenance works with contractors.
• Collect, review and maintain PM logs, technical records and contractor reports to ensure compliance.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate spare‑part pricing and monitor contractor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Monitor gas filling schedules, telemetry devices and conduct random site inspections for NFPA and UAE Fire Code compliance.
• Assist in tender preparation, technical evaluations and attend client meetings for new enquiries.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of LPG distribution and safety regulations.
• Experience coordinating maintenance activities and managing contractor relationships.
• Ability to prioritize urgent tasks and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
