Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

The Maintenance Coordinator oversees maintenance projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with company standards. This position acts as the central point of contact for internal teams, external suppliers, and field staff, handling administrative tasks, budget preparation, and warranty management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project handovers for new store openings and remodels, coordinating site inspections with supervisors.
• Maintain and update trackers for AMCs, recruitment, business reviews, performance reviews, and inventory.
• Provide administrative support, including preparing presentations, SOPs, MIS reports, and organizing meetings.
• Prepare and monitor OPEX and CAPEX budgets for the maintenance department and compile equipment order documentation.
• Monitor warranty service providers, generate performance reports, and liaise with procurement to resolve issues.
