Male Nurse – Construction Site Medical Support

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Male Nurse to provide first‑aid, emergency medical support and occupational health services on construction sites across the UAE. The role involves monitoring worker health, managing medical incidents and ensuring compliance with local HSE and occupational health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to site personnel.
• Respond to medical incidents, coordinate with emergency services and document incidents.
• Monitor worker health, including heat stress and occupational hazards.
• Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports.
• Ensure the site clinic and first‑aid equipment are fully stocked and operational.
• Support HSE campaigns, health‑awareness initiatives and emergency drills.
• Ensure compliance with UAE occupational health regulations.

Required profile

• UAE‑recognised medical qualification.
• Valid DOH (HAAD), DHA or MOH licence/eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years experience in construction, industrial or occupational health settings.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred).
• Good command of English for effective communication.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).
• Medical record keeping and incident reporting.
• UAE occupational health regulatory knowledge.
