Male Pool Lifeguard – UAE

About the role

Our client is looking for physically fit, safety‑conscious male pool lifeguards to work in the United Arab Emirates. This full‑time position offers an international career path in a professional hospitality environment, with a focus on swimmer safety and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise pool areas and ensure the safety of all users.
• Monitor activities to prevent accidents and unsafe behaviour.
• Perform water rescues, administer first aid, CPR and other emergency procedures.
• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections and report hazards or maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and a safe environment around the pool.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests and visitors.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Valid internationally recognised lifeguard certification (American Red Cross, RLSS, International Life Saving Society, PADI or a government‑approved centre).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a pool lifeguard in a hotel, resort, sports facility or water park.
• Male, aged 21‑35, height at least 170 cm and weight up to 80 kg.
• Physically and medically fit, able to perform water rescues.
• Well‑groomed, disciplined and professional appearance.

What we offer

• Initial salary AED 1,500 per month.
• Salary increase to AED 1,700 per month after six months, subject to performance.
• 12‑hour workdays, 26 days per month.
