Management Accountant / Financial Controller – Dubai

About the role

Syncoms Group is seeking a highly organised and commercially aware Management Accountant / Financial Controller to join its finance leadership team in Dubai. The role offers direct exposure to the Group CEO and international operations, supporting financial discipline, reporting and operational efficiency across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for the Group and Head Office, including profit & loss statements, balance‑sheet schedules, cash‑flow reports and variance analysis.
• Perform bank, general ledger, supplier, customer, inter‑company and balance‑sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records, process vendor invoices, supplier payments, customer receipts and payroll transactions, and monitor ageing reports.
• Oversee day‑to‑day cash‑flow management, coordinate payment runs and ensure smooth fund movement across the business.
• Liaise with the Group CEO, London Head Office and local banking partners to support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and operational compliance.
