Manager, Advertiser & Merchant Partnerships

About the role

Pulse iD is seeking a driven commercial manager to launch direct advertiser sales for its Encore platform in the UAE and to source merchants for loyalty clients. You will work directly with brand managers, marketing heads, and business owners of leading regional brands.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively originate, pursue, and close partnerships with advertisers across the UAE and GCC, focusing on banks, subscriptions, and travel.
• Negotiate commercial terms, campaign structures, and performance models such as CPA and CPC.
• Identify and approach merchants, present loyalty program benefits, and secure monthly offer commitments across categories like dining, retail, entertainment, wellness, and travel.
• Take advertisers and merchants from first contact to live offer, coordinating approvals, creative assets, copy in English and Arabic, and tracking.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records, report signed merchants, live offers, and forecast against targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, merchant partnerships, business development, affiliate marketing, or loyalty sectors.
• Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of originating and closing deals with brands or merchants in the UAE and a strong local network.
• Data‑driven mindset with understanding of loyalty offers and performance‑marketing models.
• Based in the UAE and legally eligible to work.
