Manager Brand and Marketing Programme

About the role

The Manager Brand and Marketing Programme will co‑develop, manage and implement brand strategies for an Emirates business unit, ensuring a competitive edge and alignment with Emirates Airline and dnata brands.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate and communicate the business‑unit brand strategy, working with market research, analytics and insights teams.
• Translate brand and commercial objectives into clear marketing briefs for specialist teams across the customer lifecycle.
• Manage the MarComms programme, defining, tracking and reporting run and build marketing requirements.
• Identify and shape how CCMB can optimise delivery and measurement of business‑unit changes across customer touchpoints.
• Develop and manage the annual budget for brand and MarComms activities, presenting resource and funding requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing or related discipline (or higher qualification).
• 10+ years of experience as a marketing communications manager in an international organisation, preferably in airline or travel.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Project management certification.
• Understanding of 360° marketing and ability to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Knowledge of marketing technologies, automation programmes and marketing data management.
• Effective communication and data‑driven decision‑making.
