Manager Business Support

About the role

The Manager Business Support will lead operational excellence across ADNOC Distribution's retail network. This senior position is responsible for inventory management, contract administration, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Track and measure operational excellence, report shortfalls and implement recommendations.
• Develop and enforce operating frameworks and compliance with internal standards and ISO requirements.
• Lead quality assurance and process improvement projects across retail operations.
• Oversee stock‑taking activities, analyse inventory variances and support strategic decisions.
• Manage contracts and agreements, evaluate supplier performance and supervise payment processes.
• Conduct internal audits at service stations and drive adoption of quality management tools.
• Analyse operational data to generate insights and propose efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of experience, including at least 6 years in the fuel retail industry within the region.
• Deep knowledge of business workflows, operations processes and systems.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of inventory control and stock‑take procedures.
• Experience with contract administration and supplier performance evaluation.
