Manager Client Compliance

About the role

The Manager – Client Compliance will advise and support clients through regulatory licensing processes in the DIFC and ADGM, providing outsourced Compliance Officer and MLRO services and leading the Client Compliance Unit.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as an outsourced DFSA and/or FSRA approved Compliance Officer & MLRO, delivering regulatory compliance, risk management and governance services.
• Design and implement AML/CFT frameworks, conduct client file reviews, special investigations and present MLRO/Compliance reports to boards.
• Liaise with DFSA, FSRA and other regulators to obtain approvals and guide clients on licensing structures.
• Provide GRC and AML/CFT training, conduct risk assessments and communicate regulatory developments.
• Supervise the Client Compliance Unit, manage information assets per ISMS, and support capability development.

Required profile

• Degree in law, finance, financial services or related compliance discipline.
• 8‑10 years of experience in financial services, regulatory compliance, governance and risk management.
• Proven experience acting in approved compliance functions under DFSA and/or FSRA frameworks.
• Track record of leading regulatory licensing projects for institutions in DIFC, ADGM or CMA.
• Strong stakeholder management and regulatory advisory capabilities.
