Manager Communications

About the role

The Manager Communications will lead the development and execution of integrated corporate communication strategies across internal, external, executive and media channels. This role supports the Group’s strategic priorities, safeguards its reputation, and partners with senior leaders to deliver clear, compelling messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement communication plans for major announcements, financial results, product launches and strategic initiatives.
• Produce high‑quality content for internal newsletters, external press releases, executive speeches, briefing documents and digital platforms.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, offering strategic counsel on messaging, reputation management and stakeholder engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with international media, identifying opportunities to enhance corporate visibility.
• Lead communication efforts for complex, cross‑functional projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Support crisis and issues management by preparing holding statements, executive messaging and media responses.
• Measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve strategies and channels.

Required profile

• University degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism or an agency environment.
• Experience in aviation, travel or hospitality is a plus.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading abilities, with a track record of delivering high‑quality content under pressure.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
