Manager - Financial Accounting & Reporting

About the role

The Manager – Financial Accounting & Reporting leads the overall accounting, reporting and treasury functions, ensuring accurate financial information and compliance with IFRS, UAE corporate tax and KSA Zakat regulations. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting and the month‑end close process while partnering with senior finance leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise general accounting operations, ensuring strict compliance with IFRS, local laws and company policies.
• Develop and maintain accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control and petty cash.
• Monitor daily accounting postings, reconcile control accounts and prepare journal vouchers.
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements, trial balance, profit & loss and balance sheet, incorporating budget data.
• Produce monthly variance reports and provide analytical input to senior finance managers.
• Oversee corporate tax (UAE) and Zakat (KSA) compliance, ensuring timely filing.
• Manage CAPEX procurement, manufacturing expense analysis and fixed‑asset verification.
• Collaborate on process charts, insurance policies and risk mitigation across the organization.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in financial accounting, reporting and treasury functions.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE corporate tax and KSA Zakat regulations.
• Proven ability to lead accounting teams and manage month‑end close cycles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
