Manager – Financial Modelling

About the role

The Manager – Financial Modelling will drive business performance across AD Ports Group by building robust forecasting and analytical capabilities. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the creation of financial models for international projects and investments, supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Own, develop and lead the creation of financial models for global port and maritime projects.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional workstreams to gather all inputs required for model building.
• Validate assumptions, clarify implications and prepare business‑plan slides for the Investment Committee.
• Develop and standardise process templates and evaluation criteria for the project pipeline.
• Support senior management on investment evaluation, fund‑raising and investment structuring.
• Lead the submission and approval process for investment proposals and maintain audit trails at the project level.
• Obtain necessary information from all functions and external consultants, leading without formal authority.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant or Engineer with an MBA (Finance).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in ports, logistics or maritime business development/planning/strategy.
• Proven track record in building financial models for global projects.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic and French are a plus.
