Manager – M2M Connectivity & Autonomous Mobility

About the role

The Manager will act as the technical product authority for e& UAE’s connected‑car and autonomous‑vehicle connectivity portfolio, translating OEM and AV‑operator requirements into platform capabilities and leading delivery with engineering and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap and backlog for the connected‑car and AV connectivity portfolio, including migration from SGP.02 to SGP.32.
• Lead OEM and AV‑operator engagement, run workshops, design solutions, and manage integration testing and go‑live.
• Run delivery with internal teams and external vendors, manage sprints, release plans, UAT and service‑level monitoring.
• Define and monitor regulatory and cybersecurity compliance (UNECE R155/R156, ISO 21434, TDRA).
• Build automated dashboards, forecasting and AI‑enabled capabilities such as predictive diagnostics and fraud detection.

Required profile

• 7–10 years in telecom, automotive or IoT, with at least 4 years as a product owner, product manager or solution architect.
• Hands‑on experience delivering at least one large‑fleet OEM connectivity programme.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Telecommunications or Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
