Manager Margin and Cost Assurance

About the role

Etisalat is looking for an experienced professional to lead its Margin & Cost Assurance (M&CA) function. The manager will design and execute strategies that improve margin performance and drive cost efficiency across business, consumer, and non‑telecom product portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive M&CA policy and control framework.
• Monitor and optimise margins across all portfolios, identifying issues and corrective actions.
• Conduct regular margin and cost analyses, delivering insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain robust reporting and analytics capabilities for margin and cost data.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities for margin enhancement and cost reduction.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of M&CA professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in telecom or data analytics.
• Strong spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
