About the role
We are seeking a visionary General Manager to launch and grow a new digital telco brand across the MENA region. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy and be fully accountable for the P&L, driving customer acquisition, experience and commercial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the complete go‑to‑market plan from pre‑launch through commercial scaling.
- Develop and implement customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies to achieve rapid, sustainable growth.
- Build, lead and mentor high‑performing teams across commercial, marketing, product, customer service and operations.
- Own budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking with full P&L responsibility.
- Establish and nurture relationships with external partners, regulators and key stakeholders in the region.
Required profile
- Proven track record of launching and scaling digital or telecom brands, preferably in the MENA market.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Leadership experience building cross‑functional teams in fast‑moving environments.
- Excellent strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability.
