Manager – Middle East Consulting Projects

About the role

The Tony Blair Institute for Global Change is seeking a Manager for its Middle East office to lead complex consulting projects that help political leaders turn bold ideas into reality. Based in our Qatar, Saudi Arabia or UAE hubs, you will work with a global team of strategists, policy experts and technology specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multi‑disciplinary consulting workstreams, setting priorities, managing timelines and resources.
• Structure complex problems, guide teams from analysis to actionable recommendations, and ensure high‑quality client outcomes.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior government officials and other stakeholders.
• Develop and coach high‑performing project teams, fostering collaboration and a strong quality culture.
• Produce clear client communications, including written reports and presentations.
• Identify new project opportunities and contribute to expanding the Institute’s capability offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy, policy or delivery consulting, preferably in a political or government context.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of delivering impact.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams.
