Manager - Open Finance

About the role

ADCB's Retail Banking Group, which serves retail and micro-business customers with conventional and Shari'ah-compliant products, is looking for an Open Finance Manager to join its Retail Banking team in Abu Dhabi. The role covers planning, delivery, partnerships and governance of Open Finance propositions for retail and SME customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and recommend the Open Finance proposition and use-case roadmap, preparing business cases and investment priorities
• Manage the design and delivery of approved propositions across the full lifecycle, coordinating with Product, Digital, Technology and Operations
• Manage the third-party provider and fintech partnership pipeline, including negotiations, pricing, billing and settlement arrangements
• Coordinate regulatory and industry engagement, and keep policies, procedures and consent standards aligned with CBUAE requirements
• Set up a performance framework covering adoption, consents, revenue and cost to serve, and recommend improvements
• Ensure controls for consent, data sharing, fraud, complaints, information security and third-party risk are built in, and coordinate readiness and issue resolution
• Coordinate cross-functional governance and prepare materials for steering committees and senior management
• Manage the team, implement departmental policies and procedures, and drive continuous improvement

Required profile

• At least 6 years of experience in retail banking, payments, digital products, Open Banking, Open Finance, embedded finance, financial services consulting or fintech partnerships, including delivering regulated propositions from business case through launch and performance review
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline
