Manager, Quality Assurance

About the role

ADSS London is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead testing activities for its trading systems. The role focuses on delivering reliable, compliant, and high‑performance solutions through robust testing strategies and close collaboration with technology and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define, design and execute manual and automated test plans covering functionality, performance, scalability and security.
• Lead a team in identifying, documenting and tracking software defects, providing clear feedback to development teams.
• Maintain and enhance automated testing frameworks and scripts using industry‑standard tools.
• Conduct performance, stress and load testing to ensure trading systems meet required benchmarks.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with financial industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage release cycles, communicating risks and test results to stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in financial or trading environments.
• Proven ability to lead testing teams and manage complex release processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on risk assessment and mitigation.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with developers, product owners and senior management.
