Manager, Real Estate Portfolio Management

About the role

The Manager, Real Estate Portfolio Management will lead ADNOC's corporate real‑estate portfolio valued at approximately AED 70 billion. This senior position oversees owned and leased assets across multiple geographies, ensuring optimal utilization, financial performance, and alignment with the Group's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Govern ADNOC and Group Companies' owned and leased properties, including lands, offices, retail spaces, and non‑core industrial assets.
• Conduct periodic corporate demand assessments and develop portfolio plans for future expansions, investments, and disposals.
• Lead property valuations, benchmark studies, and rental rate analyses to maintain market competitiveness.
• Manage financial administration, including budgeting, revenue monitoring, service charges, sinking funds, and utilities expenses.
• Oversee leasing, acquisition, and disposal activities, coordinating with governmental authorities as required.
• Develop and execute real‑estate portfolio strategy, strategic partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and implement best practices for cost optimisation and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing large, diversified real‑estate portfolios, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate valuation, leasing, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with strategic planning, demand forecasting, and investment analysis.
