Manager, Sales Enablement & Process Management

About the role

Visa is seeking a Manager to lead Sales Enablement and Process Management for its Commercial & Money Movement Solutions organization in the CEMEA region. The role ensures sellers have the right content, tools, training, and governance to execute effectively and drive commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern the CEMEA knowledge management framework, ensuring content quality, relevance, and platform adoption.
• Lead regional AANR validation, reconciling submissions for accuracy and audit readiness.
• Design, launch, and measure Sales Plays, coordinating with product, marketing, and sales teams.
• Manage the lead management framework, improving lead quality, conversion, and reporting.
• Develop and execute the regional training calendar, aligning learning interventions with seller needs.
• Support SIP governance as backup, maintaining data accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6‑8 years of experience in sales support, marketing, finance or process optimization, preferably in B2B or payments.
• Strong analytical, collaborative, and communication skills with ability to influence without authority.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
