Manager / Senior Manager – Digital Government Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Our client, a prestigious government digital entity in the UAE, is seeking a senior leader to shape the future of digital government. The role demands strategic vision, deep consulting experience, and the ability to drive large‑scale transformation programs while engaging senior government stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, refresh, and implementation of the entity’s overarching strategy, including budget planning and operating model design.
• Own major digital transformation programmes, from roadmap creation to value realisation, providing PMO leadership across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C‑level and senior government leaders, presenting recommendations and aligning on strategic initiatives.
• Leverage digital and technology expertise to steer critical programmes such as digital government service transformations and enterprise‑wide digitalisation.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience, primarily in a top‑tier consulting firm (MBB, Big 4 or similar).
• Proven track record in strategy development, corporate governance, operating model design, and managing complex transformation programmes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence senior executives.
• Hands‑on experience in digital and technology projects, preferably within the government or public‑sector domain.
