Manager, Specialist Sales – Digital Payments, East Arabia

About the role

The Manager, Specialist Sales – Digital Payments will lead Mastercard's digital payment solutions across the MENA East region, driving revenue and adoption of products such as MDES, Click‑2‑Pay, Wallets, Tokenization, Passkeys and Agentic Commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for assigned digital payment products and platforms in UAE, Pakistan, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman.
• Provide solution‑selling expertise to front‑line teams and account managers, ensuring customers understand and adopt Mastercard digital assets.
• Monitor market readiness, drive localization, and support sales enablement for new digital capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal squads and cross‑functional teams to develop end‑to‑end solutions that combine multiple Mastercard capabilities.
• Share market intelligence, customer needs and best practices with product management to influence future solution development.

Required profile

• Deep technical expertise in Mastercard digital payment products and platforms.
• Proven ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to solve client problems and articulate solution benefits.
• Strong communication skills and experience building relationships with client counterparts.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of MDES (Tokenization), Click‑2‑Pay, Wallets, Passkeys and Agentic Commerce.
• Ability to understand new products, articulate benefits and align them with client pain points.
