Manager, Strategy & Business Operations

About the role

As a member of the Strategy & Business Operations team at Property Finder, you will act as an individual contributor driving high‑impact strategic initiatives across the organisation. Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Business Operations, you will partner with senior leaders to shape the company’s growth trajectory in the fast‑moving MENA real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of top strategic initiatives, collaborating with relevant VPs and executive stakeholders.
• Own business performance tracking and execution cadence on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Oversee project management processes to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to mobilise and implement strategic plans.
• Provide guidance to project managers, fostering a culture of project excellence.
• Conduct complex analyses, test hypotheses and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Communicate key insights and progress to the Executive Leadership Team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy roles, preferably in a top‑tier global consulting firm or leading technology company.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to extract insights from data.
• Excellent storytelling skills to build compelling business cases.
• Proven ability to work independently and influence senior stakeholders.
