Manager – Tax & Legal Services for Private Clients (Dubai)

About the role

The Manager will join the International Private Wealth & Family Office (IPW & FO) team within the International Tax Services / Mergers & Acquisitions unit. You will deliver high‑quality tax and legal advisory and structuring services to private clients and family offices, primarily from Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS, on sophisticated cross‑border engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory and structuring services covering wealth, tax, estate and succession planning for high‑net‑worth individuals and family offices.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑border engagements, ensuring compliance with GCC and international tax regulations.
• Collaborate closely with Partners, Directors and multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored solutions.
• Support business development activities and contribute to the growth of the IPW & FO practice.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience within a tax, legal or wealth‑structuring advisory practice.
• Proven track record of delivering services to private clients or family offices on cross‑border matters.
• Strong understanding of international tax principles and GCC regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
