Managing Associate – Corporate M&A (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Managing Associate to join our Corporate & M&A practice in Riyadh. The role offers significant responsibility, direct client exposure and the chance to work closely with partners on complex private M&A, joint‑venture and corporate restructuring transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the drafting and negotiation of Sale & Purchase Agreements, shareholder agreements and other investment documentation.
• Prepare first drafts of complex corporate agreements with minimal supervision.
• Advise clients on governance structures, control rights and minority protection mechanisms.
• Support multi‑jurisdictional and cross‑border transactions.
• Mentor and supervise junior associates as required.

Required profile

• 6–8 years post‑qualification experience.
• Qualified in England & Wales, the United States or another recognised common‑law jurisdiction.
• Strong private M&A and joint‑venture experience.
• Excellent technical drafting ability and strong commercial judgement.
• Confidence in client‑facing situations.
• Middle‑East experience advantageous; Arabic language skills beneficial but not required.
