Managing Consultant, Services Business Development

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Managing Consultant to lead business development for its Services portfolio across the UAE and Oman. You will act as the primary face of Mastercard Services to senior client stakeholders, driving demand for data‑driven analytics, risk‑management and loyalty solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and gradually assume account ownership for Services within multiple client organisations.
• Refine and present value propositions for both new and existing Services capabilities.
• Coordinate demand‑generation, marketing, solutions and product teams to deliver seamless sales cycles.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting to contract execution.
• Collaborate with Mastercard Account teams to align with strategic imperatives of target accounts.
• Partner with Client Services teams for joint go‑to‑market initiatives and best‑in‑class value delivery.

Required profile

• Strong commercial drive with a proven record of building senior client relationships.
• Intellectual curiosity, resilience and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
• Experience in consultative sales of data products, platforms or analytic services.
• Ability to work collaboratively across global accounts and internal teams.
