Managing Director, Global Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing brand that has scaled from zero to $400 M in revenue in three years. The company is now entering a critical phase of international expansion and needs a seasoned leader to own and accelerate its global Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end global DTC operation with full P&L accountability.
• Define and execute commercial strategy, pricing, trading, and customer economics across multiple markets.
• Drive digital product development and AI‑enabled workflows to improve efficiency and growth.
• Oversee international market entry, localisation, and scaling of the ecommerce platform.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, supply‑chain and finance teams to align on a unified commercial vision.
• Build, mentor and retain high‑performing cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Commercially driven general‑manager mindset with a proven track record solving complex business challenges.
• Strong analytical and trading acumen combined with deep brand‑building experience.
• Hands‑on experience implementing AI‑driven processes in an ecommerce context.
• Thrives in high‑growth, entrepreneurial environments where speed and accountability are essential.
• Low‑ego, high‑EQ leader capable of aligning diverse stakeholders around a single vision.
