Managing Director

About the role

MMI, a leading premium beverage brand within the Emirates Group, is seeking a Managing Director to steer the entire MMI Group—including MMI, Le Clos and associate companies—into its next growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Group's long‑term strategy, ensuring delivery across Retail, Ecommerce, On‑Trade, Diplomatic & Wholesale, Travel Retail and International Markets.
• Full P&L ownership with focus on revenue, margin and market share across all channels.
• Lead a transformation agenda covering digital, data, processes and organisational capability.
• Manage relationships with global brand owners, partners, regulators, Board members and Emirates Group stakeholders.
• Build and nurture a high‑performing senior leadership team and a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Required profile

• Senior executive experience (MD, CEO, COO, CCO or similar) in a complex, multi‑market business.
• Proven track record of leading real transformation, including process, digital and cultural change.
• Strong commercial instincts with demonstrated P&L ownership.
• International exposure, ideally with joint ventures or partnerships.
• Deep understanding of consumer‑facing businesses; alcohol industry experience is a plus.
