Mandarin-speaking Technology Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mandarin‑speaking Technology Recruiter to support the growth of an ambitious AI and digital infrastructure business. Based in Dubai, the recruiter will focus on sourcing highly specialised talent for data centre, AI infrastructure, GPU computing, HPC, cloud and platform engineering roles across China and the wider APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for specialist technology and infrastructure positions.
• Proactively identify and head‑hunt technical and leadership talent across Data Centres, GPU Infrastructure, AI Infrastructure, HPC, Cloud, Bare‑Metal, Networking and Platform Engineering.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines in China and APAC.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define talent requirements and provide market intelligence.
• Engage passive candidates, nurture long‑term relationships and guide them through the selection process.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Proven experience in technology recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in at least one of the listed technical domains.
• Demonstrated direct sourcing and head‑hunting capabilities.
• Experience recruiting technical talent within China and/or the APAC region.
• Ability to understand complex, highly technical positions and work in a fast‑moving, growth‑oriented environment.
