About the role

Fonterra is seeking a Market & Innovation Strategy Manager to join its Strategy & Growth portfolio in Dubai. You will lead the creation of long‑term growth plans for key market geographies, turning customer, market and commercial insights into actionable innovation and demand‑planning strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of long‑term growth plans for key market geographies.
• Integrate customer, market and commercial insights to shape innovation and growth strategies.
• Drive strategic demand planning to support investment, innovation and resource decisions.
• Oversee local product and innovation pipelines, including key market opportunities and hero products.
• Monitor and track opportunity pipeline performance to ensure market‑aligned growth.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align strategy, innovation priorities and commercial outcomes.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience developing market, product or innovation strategies that support commercial growth, preferably in dairy, food or B2B sectors.
• Strong ability to translate customer and market insights into clear growth opportunities.
• Commercial acumen with confidence contributing to long‑term demand planning and opportunity pipelines.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills across complex environments.
• Deep knowledge of, and experience within, the MEA market.
• Must already have the right to work in the UAE; relocation support is not provided.
