Market Research Analyst – Field Research & Data Analysis

About the role

Interlink HR Consultancy is seeking a proactive Market Research Analyst to lead field‑based research projects in Dubai. You will be responsible for gathering primary data, analysing trends, and delivering actionable insights that support client strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop questionnaires tailored to specific research objectives.
• Conduct field research using telephone, face‑to‑face interviews, and other appropriate methods.
• Collect, clean, and analyse quantitative and qualitative data.
• Identify patterns, draw conclusions, and formulate recommendations based on findings.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and statistical abilities, capable of applying advanced research techniques.
• Experience thriving in fast‑paced environments and handling pressure.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English; confident, presentable, and extroverted.
• Willingness to spend up to 90% of time on fieldwork, with personal transportation required.
